We intentionally limit the amount of personal information we collect. We only collect information required to create a user account:

• Account Information: Email address, username, and password.
• Profile Information: A profile picture (if the user chooses to upload one). Profile pictures are public and may be viewed by anyone.

We do not host contact forms, public comment sections, or donation portals.

We use cookies to keep you logged into your account and to remember your site preferences. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging in or using certain account features.

We use the collected information strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure user accounts.
• Display and personalize your public profile picture.

Because our site is used by middle school students, we take the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) very seriously.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created an account without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will promptly delete the account and all associated data.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Users can request the complete deletion of their account and data at any time by emailing us.
